Belgian Film School in Ghent offers a review of animations and fictions produced in last five years. Many of them have drawn the attention of foreign festivals' authorities with their high professional level. The School environment is multicultural and supporting picturesqueness and special author's expression- the proof of which are the films in our selection.

Even such a small community like the Basque minority is aware of the importance of culture for a society. Therefore, already 10 years ago, the Basque Ministry of Culture established a Kimuak grant system annually supporting a whole bunch of film projects.
